#AskTheExpert Hello sir, my name is kalpana.my baby age is 7th month.Until 6months I feed only breast milk.From 6th month i'll start solids.when I start solids he doesn't go free motion.before I start solids he go day after day but starts the solids he go 3or4 days and not free.chala gattiga mukkuthunnadu and chala gattiga pothunnadu.Why?please tell me reason and solution.

mam ,once we start introducing solid food to a child ,we can get change in Motions frequency and it's texture too which is normal thing
mam ,if a child looks happy and active, gains enough weight, achieve age appropriate milestones then no need to worry about it much.
just keep your child well hydrated
give food items which are easily digestible like khichdi, rice, fruits etc more
give Massage to your child regularly
