Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. give after 1 year of age honey can be given only after completion of one year of the child. occasionally, honey contains bacteria that can produce toxins in a baby's intestines, leading to infant botulism, which is a very serious illness. after 1 year there is no problem in giving it to the child
