Try to inculcate nutritious dense food in their diet like shakes with peanut butter and soaked dry fruits, stuffed chappati with paneer, soya granules or different veggies, also use different type of cereals to make chappati like jawar, besan, ragi etc. . Give handy food to your child like make wraps or rolls which tgey enjoy to eat. Also provide all tyoes of seasonal fruuts and veggies and keep them hydrated with different liquids like coconut watee, lemon water, fruut juices without added sugar, kanji, sattu, buttermilk ,rabri etc.
