#AskTheExpert hello Sir, My baby sometimes do a hard Poop we are giving her regular water and Gripe water once a day.. is there any issue with her stomach? It’s not regular but say 1 in two weeks. Hair growth is also very low any suggestions what to add in her meal.

Constipation is a chronic problem seen in children and most important cause is diet modification so firstly it should be taken care of. give good fibre diet with plenty of liquids and avoidance of food which can aggravate constipation like Banavna excess of milk and maida containing food.
medications like lactulose PEG or glycerine suppository should be second option
