Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. during the day time you can either apply coconut oil or simple rash cream over the perianal area and during the night time kindly apply t bact cream and this will help in decreasing the rash present in the perianal area

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. I would recommend that you should try to massage on the affected area with propyderm NF rash cream for relief from rash apart from that I would suggest that you should try to use pampers diaper for the baby the taped 1
