child should double it's birth weight by completion of Six month and triples by one year.
give only breastmilk till completion of Six month for healthy growth

Baby weight should be triple in a year according to birth weight and after one year baby gain weight slowly and according to that your babies weight is totally fine. Baby should be totally your mother’s milk and there is no need to give anything else to your baby till your baby turned six months old
