ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom check the child for her stool formation and urine output , and also for his hb levels as well too , give him small frequent meals as much he is able to take and keep him hydrated

Hello ma’am I think your child is not having appropriate haemoglobin level so once you should get a check with your doctor to figure out as to what is the exact level of haemoglobin in the body and according to that only the doctor can advise you with some supplement if required
