ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician4 years agoA. Ear scratching/eye, nose rubbing is very common at this age group.
It may be due to allergy, I infection, or may be a signs of teething.
If your baby is casually scratching or rubbing at his ear/rubbing eyes,
but seems happy and playful, with only intermittent bouts of fussiness,
then the problem may simply be teething -- a reaction to the tingling of the tooth nerves.
But if scratching most of the times and redness with ear/ear discharge then need consultation with nearest pediatrician

Hello Clean the eyes of your child with a soft with clothes and with water occasionally so that there is no issue apart from that if the issue continues and your child is continuously rubbing the eyes and you can start putting ciplox drops into your child’s eyes twice a day one drop in to each eye
