#AskTheExpert hello sir meri beti 2year 6 month ki hai par uska eight 10.500 kg hai .uska birth weight 2.750kg tha kya ye thik hai.ye khana bahut kam khati hai mera dhudh hi piti hai .kya karu?!

A. as food for the baby you can give all kind of seasonal fruits and vegetables. you can give Apple everyday .can also give mango , pomegranate,papaya and banana according to the season and requirement . avoid giving banana excessively and daily otherwise it may cause constipation. you can also give rice preparations oatmeals curd preparationsband daliya. it will be better if you are able to give dairy products daily apart from milk. refrigerated and packed foods should be avoided, junk foods should also be avoided. if you will give excessive of milk to the child the hunger may get satisfgried by that and the child may not be interested in having other variety of food. over all you need to see that you are giving a balanced diet to your child with proper fulfillmenct of nutritional and energy requirements according to the age

A. hi well , your child weighs normal. but as you complaint for his or her food intake ,it would better to start weaning from breastfeeding. but please prefer gradual weaning process.
