Q.

#asktheexpert hello sir/madam my daughter is 5month old now. Her weight is 6kg. in 4month her weight is also 6kg if there is no increment in weight. is their any problem or not? my daughter has no other issue regard health. she is punctual in drink milk and doing potty regularly.

A. Weight gain in a child is a good indicator for proper health of the child and there should be a regular weight gain as per the age of the child. if there is not a proper weight gain it can be because of many factors and three most important causes are Baby not taking enough calories Babych is not absorbing the enough calories which the baby is taking Baby is burning too many calories . So a proper assessment is very important to know the cause regarding this .
