#AskTheExpert hello sir/ maam, is thre any remedy Or something to increase breast milk supply? my baby is 5 months old and i want to breastfeed her for at least next 3-4 months. please suggest.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of a 12 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. the process of breast milk secretion is hormonal and related to the signals reaching brain so you should think positively and feed your baby with enthusiasm need not take any medicine if you are already continuing to do so

please offer plenty of feeds because the more your child latches, the more milk is produced
massage your breasts with coconut oil
take healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
you can take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk for it
stay stress free
