Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. no there is no treatment and you have to just wait and watch till the body of the child matures and then the tolerance disappears and till that time you have to give lactose free diet to the child

shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello mom Mostly it get cured by its own while your baby grows up. Till the time you should avoid giving dairy products your baby. You can give soya milk to your baby it is very healthy and contains all the nutrition. Rather than this your baby is more than three years old so try to give daily routine food to your baby
