A. After pregnancy, it is common to gain weight due to eating habits. To reduce it, include fiber and protein rich foods and avoid sugar, rice, potato, fried and ready to eat ones. Do skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, running, cycling, swimming, breathing and Yoga. Include lot of fluids in diet like water, curd, buttermilk and coconut water. Drink warm jeera or lemon water first thing in the morning.
