Hello ma’am Consult your gynaecologist once and take a proper medication for hormonal imbalance probably with one more month course of medication your periods will be proper and will be back on track. Apart from that for hair fall I am going to advise you to make an onion oil at home with a black seeds for this you can search a recipe on YouTube or else you can start doing preconditioning also suggested by Javed Habeeb
