#AskTheExpert Hello sir, I am a working women and I am 6 months pregnant. I am a vegetarian.What should be diet for me ?

A. Hello you can have all family-foods make it fresh , no left over foods add milk and milk products, nuts, whole grains, dal etc do not skip meals or any nutrients avoid fasting and long gaps between meals

A. Actually all foods you can. Except heat causing foods. So it's good to Avoid that. proper diet is important, Have milk twice or thrice a day. It is a good source of calcium.. Have proper three meals day without skipping. Have more veggies and fruits everyday. Have nuts frequently and nuts milkshake. You may alos have any protein drink.
