#asktheexpert Hello sir, I am a new mom gave birth to a baby boy on 23rd April 2023. He is well and fine but my baby has mottled skin since he born. It looks severe sometimes and sometimes it looks fine. Is there anything to worry about. I am very much concerned about his mottled skin. Can you suggest some solution regarding my issue? Thankyou

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello dear parent! My son had a similar issue when he was born. As he put on healthy weight gain there were changes in the skin. Consult your doctors for further advice. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
