ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. it might nit due to watermelon juice..avoid medicine at this early stage.. as it's mostly self limiting. stick to the good home remedies like steaming, applying and massaging heated mustard oil to your baby's chest and back, increased breastfeeding, plenty of rest /sleep.

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and give baby indirect steam two to three times a day and also it is better to give baby water melon juice in afternoon and avoid in morning and evening.
