#AskTheExpert hello sir, good morning. my 3 .5 month old aon have leg jitters some time. i asked my pediatrician about it and he said that if only his legs has jitters and it isnt for more than few seconds then it might be caused by lack of calcium. and he gave a syrup which is advised as 2.5ml twice a day. i am still concerned about it. does lack of calcium cause jitters?

Regarding the exact solution for this concern you should visit your nearby clinician / pediatrician who can give you accurate suggestions as in such a case complete history and clinical examination is important to provide treatment . If required certain jh rinvestigations might also be suggested by the doctor which will help in proper diagnosis so it is advisable to visit your doctor once.
