#AskTheExpert hello sir after my 1st delivery maximum time I feel pain in my body specially in my back area and also I put on so much weight how so how to reduce weight and how to take care of myself

A. Hello Try to practice yoga sana daily along with walking for back pain Include protein & fibre rich foods like skim milk, egg whites, low fat paneer, curd, chicken, pulses, Vegetables, fruits Avoid sugar, fried , junk foods

A. Hi, 1) Eat healthy and nutritious food. 2) Do exercises, start with walking for reducing weight. 3) Have Kamarkash gond ladoo in winter to reduce your back pain if any. 4) Have more proteins and calcium rich diet and avoid oily food and junk food any.
