Yes Could be possible that your child is having some deficiency other thing is that sometimes kids just do it generally just you know just like an awful habit or something a lot of kids have this kind of habit and sometimes they can get it in hereditary as well as if some parents or grandparents have had this habit previously so child can also take it in hereditary
