#AskTheExpert hello my son is 2 year 10 months old and is 14.3 kgs weight 3 feet height approx. active. has milk allergy. is his height and weight ok? many people keeps on saying he is too thin. please tell me if his diet is ok. his diet is: breakfast: 8am:khichri with veggies( holidays or weekends: roti sabji/ stuffed paratha/ puri/ noodles) mid morning: egg/fruits if school(noodles/egg vurgi/nutrela along with cherry or raisin) 11am lime water 12.30 lunch rice, fish curry with veggies / chicken stew or curry 4pm apple 5pm-5.30pm banana with biscuit/chilla/noodles etc 8.30 rice with fish curry or chicken

A. The diet which you are giving is good and avoid giving non veg in all meals to the child and give seasonal fruits as well and don’t worry weight is not less

A. definitely the diet you offering is good enough and provide physical activity along with this because it helps in proper digestion and the assimilation of the food you are giving and hence in proper growth and development
