Hello,

My son is 14 days shy of 2 years, he is not talking, not even single words. He use to say few words till he was 19 months.. after that he stopped.
He doesn't respond to his name and also doesn't understand our commands like pass the remote, bottle etc. He use to wave, say jai, Hi, etc.. now he has stopped doing it.
Is this a matter of serious concern.

Hi There is no need to say sorry it’s good that you’re asking questions to clear your doubt I’ll be always happy to help you. Would just like to tell you that delayed growth is not something that you will find somewhere it’s not autism it’s like your child is little behind in terms of mental growth that is what it means by saying delayed age growth rate, when your child is not having autism that means your child is little behind it it’s age the mind has not developed as it should have been according to the current age of your child so that’s what I meant by saying it and see there is a scale on which you say that it is autism if the child is under that scale that means that your child is not autistic and the issue can be dealt very well with therapies and exercises..

And I read it online that there is a course of medication for autistic child and that you can go for homeopathic course of treatment after that only I started with the homoeopathic treatment where in I knew that my child is not autistic she started speaking after a couple of months you know I started the treatment at 2 1/2 years and she started speaking more or less after the age of 3 1/2 years little bit but gradually she picked up she is right now 6 1/2 years and she can talk so much that you’ll probably put your fingers into your ears that she talks so much so you know and she’s reached all milestones she’s good with her studies maths English Hindi name it and she knows everything whatever she has knowledge she has a good memory and now she expresses things which have happened four years back also that she is she is that good right now so of course I can say that you should go ahead with it

Lastly I would like to tell you if kids have this kind of an issue than they are blessed with something else also it could be anything which is better than a regular child likes to you just have to find it out with your child, I know homeopathy doctors in the city I live in and I don’t know which city do you belong to and all these things but I can just tell you that you can search online any good doctor and you can go ahead and get a treatment done.

Yes It is definitely a matter of serious concern because when the child does not respond to its name and suddenly stops talking and does not follow simple commands and all these things these are some basic signs of autism or delayed age growth I can tell you that because I’ve been through it and if you want you can immediately consult a child psychologist ones and if anything is positive in this then start with the homoeopathic treatment as well

Delayed Growth is related to height. Can you give me some more legit article links on Delayed Growth Syndrome. I can't find anything like this on internet.

just wanted to know when did your daughter start responding to her name?
and I cannot find anything on  growth delayed syndrome? it says it happens when physical growth is delayed.

Ma’am I have mentioned a couple of details into my blog you can find it and read it apart from that we are not sure whether it is autism or it is just delayed but my child was not having autism she was having delayed age growth which covered up to a lot of extent with medicines and now she’s not having any medicine or anything and she’s covering up and coping up well with her age she is mostly six months behind right now but everything like talking walking doing everything understanding things everything is bang on the age she is almost equal to the kids of her own age right now so yes I would definitely advocate going for a homoeopathic treatment and first you need to figure out as to what exactly is the issue and then your doctor would advise the medicine. Also would like to tell you that these doctors would never say that go for homeopathy or anything but with my personal experience I amDefinitely telling that you should go for it
