#AskTheExpert hello my son 2 years 8 months very active boy, his height is 94 cm and weight id 20.1 kg, but the ideal weight given is 10.4 to 16.8 kgs is he over weight if he is over weight then what to do??

one year three times the birth weight
second year average weight gain of 2kgs..
third year also average weight gain 2kgs..
restrict the sugar and sweet intake..
avoid junk foods oily foods..
involve in physical activity..
