#asktheexpert hello my kid is 9 yrs old bcoz of weather cold at night and hot in the day he has kharash in throat in the morning and settle down till afternoon pls suggest anything for morning karash problem

A. Try to teach hot water gaugling both in the morning and before bed time. This will be helpful to remove the bacterias from the throat area. Please provide during winter time winter clothes, which will reduce the cold and cough. Try to destroy the bacterias always from the throat area.
