#asktheexpert Hello, My daughter is 7 years old and has been suffering from Pityriasis rosea for 3 months... We have consulted a dermatologist...he prescribed steroids defcort 12mg&6mg for 10 days and a moisturizer CIDEAD and a cream clotain ..we have been applying everyday twice but it's not getting completely cured...

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. hi but it can take a time around 1 to 3 months for complete recovery. although , as there isnt any improvement after treatment and if child is having severe itching ,high pigmentation ,kindly visit your pediatric dermetologist for once.
