#AskTheExpert Hello. My daughter is 7.5 months old now. I have started giving her semi solids. Have also started outside milk as my office will be resuming shortly. So i breastfeed only 3-4 times a day. Wanted to know how much quantity of outside milk she should get in a day if I breastfeed her only 3-4 times ?

A. Hello dear parent, you can give 200 ml to 220 ml at a time or as baby demands. You can guve milk three times in a day. Must concentrate more in semi solids. As they make babies healthy.
