In such case you should definitely consult with your paediatrician about it because your doctor can only advise you will after examining baby. Till the time if you want then you can give entrogermina drops it probiotic medicine and very effective in curing loose motion. Avoid giving milk rather than normal milk try to give soya milk to your baby
