Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. it is advisable to start solid food that is complementary feeding only after completion of six months of age that is starting of 7 months of age and before that it can cause digestion problem in the child

some suggestions for your ten months old :
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Give her more probiotics and citrus fruits.
Don't use RO water
You may give her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour in the day time (don't wake her up though)
use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
