#AskTheExpert hello, my baby is 4 months and 9 old. she is on breastfeeding.her birth weight 3.3kg and current weight 6.7 kg. she has normal pee count but she is pooping after every feed and it is green colour from last 7 days

Don't worry about green stools because it is very commonly seen if your baby is having mild cold and cough or drinks formula milk.
Moreover the consistency and the frequency of stool matters more than the colour.If your breast feeding your baby then continue to breastfeed at regular intervals and there is no need to give anything else apart from mother milk or formula milk to baby till he complete 6months of age as it is complete food that takes care of hydration as well as nutrition. After 6 month you can gradually start weaning with homemade easy to digest food items like rice porridge ragi porridge mashed fruits apple Puree, mashed banana chiku etc.
But whatever you are introducing should be introduced gradually with a small amount😚
