#asktheexpert Hello, my baby is 3 yrs old but she is very thin.. watt shld I do to make her little fat???

A. Dear mum, do not wish your child to be fat. It is important to be active and healthy. As long as your baby is active, playful and achieving all growth milestones then it indicates good health. For good health, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Nuts like almonds, walnuts, dry fruits like raisins, dates. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
