Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. you can apply tbact ointment over that area and do not apply any other Harsh cream or oil you can just apply virgin coconut oil which is the safest option

it is caused be baby acne or eczema.
so please avoid using any cosmetics for now
apply thin layer of coconut oil there.
keep that area clean.
avoid using soap while cleaning your child face
