#AskTheExpert Hello my 11 month old kid fell off from bed yesterday night , directly a hit on head , noticed a localised bleeding in nose ( not dripping one ) but just inside nose ! Being a Physio I observed him for next few hours , he did feeding well , played well and responding well , anything to worry ?

Hello ma’am Monitor your child well for at least 24 to 48 hours if you do not see any abnormality anything no regular any discomfort to the child relating to any of the things then it is perfectly alright otherwise if you see a bit of also discomfort or anything then consult your doctor
