A. Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol. Recurrent fall injury for a child s behould be avoided as it can lead to some chronic manifestations occasionally . Also teeth injury should be rule out in any such case which is commonly associated and can be easily missed out most of the time .

A. If Your doctor confirm nothing to worry then don’t worry but still with my personal experience I will say that you should monitor your child for 24 to 48 hours if you see a sudden change into your child’s behaviour of your child suddenly starts vomiting then that can be a sign for internal injury so don’t ignore that
