#AskTheExpert hello mm, my daighter is 1 year and 5 month old. from 2 days she has urticaria on her skin.

A. this is not ok.See in such cases the child needs specialist care always. So try to follow with the same doctor and do not get anxious with s variety of opinion. Focus on treatment ok.See for any type of skin lesions do not assume to be anything .its always better to show to a specialist online or offline and get the right treatment started in time .ok

A. Good morning, Urticaria in children is treated with a non-sedating antihistamine, such as cetirizine. This is not curative, but often controls the itch and the spread of weals until the urticaria settles on its own.
