Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello ma'am please do not bother it t ghis time and enjoy your motherhood. nd also after six months you can start some regular exercise and yoga. and now you can start walk morning and evening basis with comfortable speed.
and have more rich fiber and proteins food in your diet.

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is very normal and ot takes around two months to properly heal. Also you can evaluate once with doctor as it is very difficult to say anything about this without personally examine
