ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. yes this is very common due to either indigestion for which you can just maintain a proper diet plan to eat less quantity but more frequently and with adequate water intake secondly it may be related to wrong sleeping position so you can use pillows while sleeping on either any side
