Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. constipation is a common problem where diet modification is very important encourage high fibre diet and lot of fluid intake avoid food which aggravates constipation medication is second option only you have to take care that you do not give maida containing food and even banana and milk can cause constipation for now you can give mu out plus powder
