#AskTheExpert hello mam my baby was born on sept 2020 c-section delivery n now I'm going severe pain in legs during periods n period was started since he was 4months old plz help me with the same

A. Take a pain killer Massage Take a course of vitamin D Take calcium supplements Do some stretching exercises Sounds normal Drink 3-4 litres of water per day Relax during pains Go to my website Www.familygynaec.com
