#AskTheExpert hello mam My baby is 2 month and 24 days old My breasts take almost 5 6 hours to get full with milk And my baby wants feed every 2 3 hr So I need to give him formula as my milk is not enough for him Please suggest how to increase milk supply ?

A. yes yoj can give feed with spoon. don't use artificial nipple To boost lactation take lactare tablet and galact granules add oats and meat in the diet take lots of the oral fluids maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

A. Hello dear parent! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your diet. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
