Jasmine Shiny DsouzaMom of a 4 yr 10 m old child4 years agoA. hi mom. if you have fissure problem, it is because of the dehydration and also the constipation. have at least 4 litres of water per day as your breastfeeding you will tend to get a dehydrated so the more water you take the lesser will be the problem. take highly fibre diet including lots of fruits and vegetables and less amount of meat. if you follow this then definitely fissure will not come back again
