ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. you exercise more. you have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatmenta lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and as per my opinion your weight is fine. 54 kgs is perfectly fine and also you can have rich fibre and protein diet and avoid oily junk and packed food. Also do some yoga and exercise.
