ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. Hello dear Yes it is okay if the fetal heart rate is around 180 as a one time thing Usually 120-160 is considered normal. If this fhr was during the peak of nst then it’s fine . But if it is constant then we have to rule out distress
