#AskTheExpert hello mam, I have irregular period after 2nd baby born in 5th Feb I have my 1st period and then March month I don't have period. in April again 8th April I got my period again and these month also I don't think I get my period because before I have stomach aches but it's seen. what to do I. if tell me .

A. having irregular periods after delivery is very government and no medication is suggested you just need to maintain a Healthy lifestyle with regular daily walking have nutritious diet and try to sleep when ever baby is sleeping

A. Hi, since you will be breastfeeding you my periods might get delayed. But if you have a stomach ache then it is better to consult gynaecologist and take her suggestions. Have a healthy fibre food. Take adequate liquid and keep yourself hydrated which is very important. Take adequate rest. Be relaxed.
