Q.

#AskTheExpert Hello mam, I have a daughter of 5 years and 5 months old. She very gets intestinal infection very easily when eats some bakery products, though not very frequently. I can't suppress her craving for long time. Also she is told to eat only easily digestible food since few months. Because of which milk, eggs and sprouts are all banned for her since few months. I worry about her daily protein intake. How can I fulfill her protein requirement by avoiding dairy products, eggs and sprouts? Can you please guide..
