#AskTheExpert . Hello mam I am a mom of 7year old kid. now we are planning for second baby. For 1st pregnancy I had been for tube test (HSG) and got concieved the next month itself. Should I go for the same test again mam?

A. the HSG is done just to determine whether your tubes are open or not so it is not any helpful for your pregnancy so you not no need to repeat the test again and you can just normally drive for conception

A. So I would suggest you if you are physically fit a first try for a normal conception it may take six months to 1 year in some cases so try normal conception if it doesn’t happen by the time of six months and you can opt for that but at least try conceiving naturally for because it has been seen that sometimes the second birth can be natural conception for a woman
