Q.

#asktheexpert hello maam, i am 6 weeks preg as per my last periods but no heartbeat seen in scan yesterday , please suggest me is there something wrong or i have to wait some more days

A. Hi Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
