#AskTheExpert: Hello ma'am, I would like to ask regarding my 1 year baby girl she is not gaining weight in proper manner, I mean she has completed 1 yr this month and her weight is 7 kg only... Is it normal, Kindly advise.

A. hi sir , babies weight gain depends on their birth weight usually they gain triple their birth weight by the age of one year. as your child is one year old and Weighs 7 kg ,it is enough. no need to worry. no need to expect that a child must gain ideal measurements. if a child looks happy and active,eat and sleep well then no need to worry about anything.
