#AskTheExpert hello ma'am I am a mother of two child. my 2nd baby is 2 month old. and m breastfeeding mother. I wanna loose weight along with all my work. kindly suggest how I can do it??

reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat, sugar and salt containing food and beverages, processed packaged foods.
have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources.
don't skip breakfast.
have good water intake
at least 45 to 60 minutes exercise daily
Continued breastfeeding till 2 years helps in losing weight.

Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
