#AskTheExpert Hello Ma'am can you please tell me how can I reduce my post pregnancy weight without reducing intake of milk for the feeding of my baby.

A. dear mum, to reduce your post pregnancy weight, you should eat mindfully. reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat, sugar and salt containing foods and beverages, processed packaged foods Have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources. don't skip breakfast and have good water intake. at least 45 to 60 minutes exercise daily. Continued breastfeeding till 2 years helps in losing weight.
