#AskTheExpert hello is it necessary that the BCG vaccine given at birth leaves a mark.

A. Hello, your baby girl is 3.8 years old and why are you asking about BCG vaccination so it protect her from Tuberculosis of brain so it is given all over India 🇮🇳

A. yes in maximum cases BCG vaccine should leave a mark on the left shoulder or wherever it has been given but if it does not then you should not be much worried about it
